How are lessons conducted?

Lessons are conducted in a small group setting with a maximum number of 6 to 8 students. This is to ensure that our tutors can provide enough personalised attention to all our students, allowing the students to clarify any misconceptions and doubts during lessons. In addition, our tutors strongly encourage students to ask many questions during lessons as this provides feedback on how the tutors can help them further.

Can I postpone lessons dates and timings?

As we have different timings for the same classes each week, students have the flexibility to switch around classes in the event they are unable to attend their original timeslot. Students also have the flexibility to attend the lesson online in the event they are unable to make their way down to the centre. As our tutors also record their lessons for every week, if a student is unable to attend any of the other classes, we will provide them with the recorded lesson for their class timeslot. In addition, our tutors will be available for a complimentary one-hour consultation session with the student just in case the student requires further clarification on the lesson.

Can I cancel the lessons if the tutor is not suitable?

Yes, definitely. Remaining lessons prepaid in advance will also be refunded with no questions asked. We believe that a student should not be forced to attend lessons which they are not willing to attend.
